We have created a multifunctional in-line unfolding solution for the ultra-modern packing station of Growers United. With this solution, various types of crates are unfolded and transported to the packing locations in the factory.
A compact crate unfolding machine for TOP Onions
We were able to build a compact crate unfolding machine for the Zeeland onion processing company TOP Onions. With this machine, TOP has the option to feed various types of pallets with crates or boxes into the system and automatically unfold the crates and feed them to the subsequent modules. It has also been made possible here to unstack and transport boxes and fixed crates.
Crate unfolding and palletizing line
We have created a fully automated crate unfolding line and palletizer line for Tuinbouwbedrijf van den Beuken.
Van den Beuken horticulture company is located in Maasbree in Limburg and grows gherkins and mini cucumbers there.
Depalletizer and palletizer line
We have realized a complete depalletizer and palletizer line for Wezenberg Group. This machine is used at the Agricultural Logistics Center of Wezenberg.
Agricultural Logistics Center IJsselmuiden (ALC) is a storage and transhipment company specialized in the storage, cross-dock and handling of conditioned products and dry goods. The ALC also manages a depot for cleaning reusable packaging with industrial washing machines.
A completely automated crate unfolding line
We have developed and realized our latest crate unfolding line for Vergeldt Vegetables BV. With this total solution, the Tienrays cultivation company - which specializes in iceberg lettuce and leek - can unfold various folding crates fully automatically. Using the integrated universal palletizing machine, the customer can also place folding crates on various types of pallets and directly process intralogistics.
A fully automated food processing line
We have developed and realized a completely automated food processing line for Limburg cucumber growers (MultiGrow) and strawberry growers (MultiFresa). With this total solution, the renowned food processor can automatically operate 3(!) food processing lines to process its millions of cucumbers and strawberries even faster and fresher.
Two Universal Depalletizers
We have developed and realized two universal depalletizers for Alaerds Allegro BV - in addition to the existing food processing line. The renowned cucumber grower ensures that the manual, time-consuming and labor-intensive unloading of pallets with high, heavy stacks is a thing of the past. Both depalletizers are universal in nature, which means that they can be loaded with various pallet sizes, such as the well-known EURO, EuroPool and LPR variants.
The 'Full option' crate unfolding machine park
We have been able to develop and deliver the 'Full option' crate unfolding machine park for the soft fruit specialist Berry Packing Services, based in Freshpark Venlo. With this total solution, Berry Packing Services can unfold and transport various folding crates quickly, easily and fully automatically to its related food processing lines.
Automatic crate unfolding machine
We have developed a fully automatic crate unfolding machine for Fruitsolute, located in ABC Westland. Fruitsolute is an international food processor, specialized in inspection, ripening, packaging processes and associated food logistics. We primarily designed and realized an automatic crate destacker, unfolder and stacker for the company. To make the entire processing process more sustainable, an infeed roller conveyor, crate control module, innovative inlays module and output roller conveyor have been added. Special attention is paid to the inlays module, with which the customer can provide its folding crates with food protective inserts during the unfolding process and can also process very fragile products.
Weldon Grinding Machine
On behalf of an international manufacturer of rotating carbide milling tools, Reintjes Systems was able to design and realize the 'Fully Automatic Option' of the Weldon Grinding Machine. With this machine, the customer can grind Weldon clamping surfaces with extreme precision in, among other things, carbide tool shanks, such as drills and milling cutters.
Universal depalletizer
In addition to an automatic crate unfolding machine line, we have developed and realized a universal depalletizer for regular customer Tielen Groenten. With this module the customer can unload various types of folding crates from different types of pallets fully automatically
